The spindle can rotate at speed* up to 3000 rpm and the carriage can move at speed* as high as 8000 mm/min. The machine is equipped with override function as standard. The spindle speed and the carriage speed can be easily changed for automatic mode. Forming speed at automatic mode will be 2-3times quicker than the speed at teaching mode. *Model T1000 provides max. spindle speed up to 1500 rpm and max. carriage speed as high as 5000 mm/min.

Model T1000 is equipped with a six-post turret for tool change on the carriage as standard. Six different tools can be mounted on the turret for faster operation. These tools will be spining rollers, corner shaping rollers, trimming tools, curling rollers, and etc. The offset amount can be preset for each of tools. Therefore, adjustment of tool position is not necessary. Model T500 is equipped with a four-post turret and a trimming unit as standard.

The machine can be simply operated through teaching mode with a joystick. Forming paths and other necessary data can be easily edited. This function makes beginners to do his operation as good as skilled operators. Cycle time can be shortened by using data-cut function which eliminates unnecessary portion of taught processing paths.

Moreover, the machine can be operated at automatic mode by NC programs without teaching process. Operaters can choose either teaching operation or NC programming operation.

The best spinning pressure is adjustable according to type of blanks at teaching mode.

Programmed data are stored on IC cards. The IC cards which have previous data are used for repeated operation. The optional editing software* for personal computers is also available for easier data management and editing. *Personal computers can be hooked up with the machine by using RS-232C cable.
